Kalkander (Kalkanlilar Dernegi - The Kalkan Association) is a non-governmental organization established in 2003.  The association aims to foster community spirit within Kalkan, help to improve civil organizations and to raise consciousness regarding cultural, educational, sports, touristic, archaeological and environmental activities. Furthermore, Kalkander aims to create and maintain collaborations with the local government as well as the private sector to benefit society in the long term.  In short, we wish to make Kalkan a better place.
